Driver was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable about how to use the car seat, played kids music, and was so patient with brand new parents. Highly recommend the service

I used Kid Car from Newark to Manhattan. Our luggage was delayed getting off the plane by over two hours (horrendous wait!). The driver was very understanding and helped ease my worries by reassuring he would wait for us. This was a big deal as we had been travelling over 30 hours from Australia with my four year old daughter for medical treatment in New York. Thanks so much for waiting and understanding. Highly recommend.

I used the service to bring back home my little sweetheart and my wife after she gave birth. It was really easy and quick to use via the app. I order the car around an hour before we left hospital and I got a message from the driver when he was around. It is possible to select the type of car seat you need and the driver, Robert, was really helpful to put the seat belt on as we were not really good at this (first time ;)). He also drive carefully and he was very nice. The price was comparable to Uber and I recommend the service.
