Rare NWOT (New without tags) Anthropologie "City of Lights Dress" by Deletta is a gorgeous coppery metallic dress with lots of sparkle! Sleeveless with a cowl neck, wide straps, and elastic at the waist, shoulder, and arms. Matching brown spaghetti strap removable slip is included and there are tiny snaps and cords under the shoulders of the dress to keep your bra straps in place when the dress is worn. Pullover styling. Top layer is semi-sheer. Wear as-is or add a beaded rhinestone belt for extra sparkle! Tencel/nylon/metallic blend with a rayon slip. Rare and hard to find! New without tags and never worn. Size S. Originally $178.
